Recently visited the Lexington Heritage Museum to see an exhibit on the work oh Jim Henson. The exhibit covered everything from his initial work in college and his early commericials to everything Muppets and his fantasy movies. It was facinating and pretty inspirating to see his initial sketches for his muppets (most early sketches done on notebook paper) to being build out of foam and fabric. It's like the man lived in his own little world and was happy to be there. The exhibit was awe-inspiring- it'd be nice to think that one day all the characters in my head are shown to the world, and, cross the fingers, people actually like them. Some of them I'm not so sure about...well, one way to find out!
