I see trouble on the way.
Today was the 12th, so here I am again with Chad Darnell's 12 of 12. Argh, someone remind me I still haven't finished my MiniMoonCon report! >.<
Today was a day off, so the pictures aren't anything very exciting. I was up until 6 AM this morning, but I forgot it was the 12th until right before I went to bed. I was at the computer the whole time working on the UFO awards anyway, so I didn't miss much. But that does mean I spent a lot of the day sleeping. ^^;
1:05 PM: First attempt at waking up. My plush dog's been hanging out on my bedframe for a week or so. xD
3:15 PM: Second attempt at waking up. Hullo, teddy bear. Wow, the lighting's bad on that. He looks awful. >.o
3:35 PM: I finally managed to drag myself out of bed, but seeing the Totoro all comfy on the couch didn't help...
4:25 PM: Someone on Journalfen mentioned this movie the other day and got me in the mood to watch it. I ran it in the background while doing some work around the house. Some friends from my hometown were coming for a weekend visit. (Funny thing there... as I type this I'm watching the movie again, since that's the one my guests picked out to watch. xD)
4:55 PM: I've been in the mood to do some baking, but when I went to make brownies, I discovered we were all out of vegetable oil. Plan B: Muffins! :D
5:15 PM: All done! My oven needs to be cleaned, I know. -_-
8:25 PM: Part of my new Renaissance costume! :D I'm wearing to the festival again tomorrow (why couldn't the 12th have been one day later? T_T) but the skirt reeeeally needed to be ironed.
8:35 PM: The whole costume! I'll get my friends to take a picture of me in it tomorrow. ^_^
9:55 PM: When my friends arrived, we went to a late dinner at Chili's. They're doing their fundraiser for childhood cancer research again, so we all donated some money and colored a pepper. :)
10:25 PM: THE MOST AWESOME DESSERT IN THE WORLD. Vanilla ice cream over warm chocolate cake, with chocolate and caramel syrup. MMM. It was gone in about 30 seconds, haha. xD
10:35 PM: I thought the Chili's sign looked cool through the trees.
11:55 PM: I needed one more picture to make 12, so one of my guests volunteered. xD
So that was today. Renaissance Festival again tomorrow! :D
