Bamboozle part 2
So everything that my friends and I have been working for paid off! Bamboozle gave us the response we were looking for.
Basically, for the past 7 months I have been working on my opening my own clothing company (which means I spent at least 6 hours each night on the phone with Kris talking business). It seemed like the right thing to do since I had all the resources necessary and the drive to do something awesome. Kris, Caleb, and Jorge helped me out every night with ideas, designs, colors, this that ahhh. It was a push but I am so proud of the outcome. I couldn't be happier working with these people and with the designers (who kick major ass). I love everyone and all the support they've given me.
I want to make things happen and I want to show the world amazing musicians.
STEREO BEAR CLOTHING is alive.
We're shooting to have the webstore up by next week so keep your eyes open and PLEASE add us on myspace.
In other news, I got stopped for autographs and such at Bamboozle about 4 times because people thought I was Hayley from Paramore. Not close at all guys. I did meet her a week before Bam. though. I was walking down Newbury and saw them at American Apparel, hot stuff!
Bam. day 1.
We were very nervous.
We woke up at like 5am, loaded 6 suitcases of clothes in our really cute car, and set up our crap.
I'm not too sure why 300 kids walked around with "Free Hugs" posters but whatever. Our bear head got a lot of attention
Our stash of gummy bears which fit our image and made a great snack
I saw this on someones myspace. They went on the ferris wheel and snapped a pic of the billions of people.

Our two stages finished with acts for the night around like 9 or something and My Chem played forever on the mainstage. We were bored. I saw like 2 minutes of a song but wasnt into their show. It's over done but whatever.
I found one of my stickers on the ground (next to a "K"???). It made me smile!

We met This Providence and Shaant. Probably other people, I cant remember.
I swear to god it was the most windy day on planet earth. I have never been so freaking cold!!

Had a fight with an Angry Penguin
I lost so bad
Ate "naked" pretzels
Met up with the best band on earth, The Graduate. They were the only band we really had a chance to see play. LOVE THEM TO DEATH!
Speaking of the Grad, I went to bother FBR for a few minutes and ran into them chillin by the booth. We watched a few songs from Paramore and pretened to make the bear smoke. Yay for Alex, Max, and Caleb!
Evan is my favorite person ever. He's awesome in every way and designed 1.5 of our tshirts. LOVE IT!

Then I went back to Boston Monday morning at 7am, had a final at 9am, a concert at 6pm, lame.
Wednesday I was practicing in the morning and had some pain in my kidneys but ignored it. Then it got worse later in the night and I couldnt sleep at alllllllllll becuase I was SO uncomfortable. The pain was so freaking bad I was crying half the night and throwing up like crazy. My mom had a friend at Berklee call the ambulance and get me some help.
The drugs felt good!
My roommate came with me for the ride and chilled in the room with me. She was laughing so much at everything I said because the meds made me crazyyyyy.
My favorite was how I called my iv "The Nile River" and the bag was "Egypt"

We pretended to be on Scrubs and named people with characters from the show.
I had a kidney stone and it was the worst thing of my life. No more tea :(
