I was fixing the things in my drawer earlier and I found my fancy earrings. So I took photos of them. Why? Because i had nothing better to do...
and when I have nothing to do I go in search of things to photograph. Just wait until I get an SLR.
And now I shall tell you their story.
My favorite pair of earrings which I bought in Malaysia for 3 Ringgit (1USD, 48PHP).
It was love at first sight for me and this pair of earrings and I bought it and decided to never let it go. (cheesy)
I also bought these from Malaysia for 3 Ringgit.
A gift from my friend Kathy 2 Christmases ago. I know where she bought them but I'm not telling.
My friend Andrea gave me this earring which she got on a trip to Thailand. It made me smile that she got me something. Even if it is already a nice earring, the thought behind it makes it even more beautiful. I wear it when I'm happy.

The first "fancy" earring that I bought. I got this in the tiangge (thrift shop) in Glorietta around 4 or 5 years ago for 45 Pesos (almost 1USD)
A gift from my friend Vanessa. When she gave it to me, it was giftwrapped like those presents you saw in movies.
A gift from my friend Odessa. The inscription on the earring means beauty. There was no occasion, she just gave me this earring one day and I wear it everytime I need to remind myself of my friends and how thoughtful and caring they are.

My mom lent me these. She never got them back. *grins*

Did you notice that most of my earrings are gifts from friends? It all started when I bought these chandelier earrings and wore them to school. Everyone assumed that I liked earrings (which now I do) and gave me earrings for presents. Before that, I never wore earrings other than the ones that I lost in Baguio.
I made onigiri last Saturday and my family loved it. Finally I found something I can make that tasted good.
