Playtime is -Still- Over
((OOC: Continued from here, because that thread was getting too squishy! Eeeek!))
Cloey took a quick look around herself, Than, and Flidais to keep an eye on where everyone was; it was important that things line up properly before you did Important Business.
Sephy and Really Cute and Adorable Little Hades had made their way over to Rhea, and Cloey quickly looked away to give them their privacy.
'Thene wasn't anywhere in plain sight, but the Spinner knew that she wasn't too far...
Of course, she and Than and Fli were all standing together, with Really Cute and Adorable Little Amenomi (who had a Really Cute flower in her hair, if Clotho did think so herself)!
Which left Hermes and Soter...
And a quick glance around showed them to Cloey, just outside the door, but still in sight. The youngest Fate waved her fingers at them, giving Soter an extra bright smile, reassuring him that she was all right.
(She also looked at him for a bit longer than she had anyone else, because he was really, really, REALLY cute. A lot.)
But she shook her thoughts free of all that. There really was work to be done, and she was tired. Bringing together soul bits was hard work, and it wasn't over yet. Her arm was looped through Than's and she was leaning on him a little, but not too much, because she knew she was heavier than one might expect.
Cloey listened to Than, and furrowed her brow. How did she explain everything that had happened since last they saw each other?
"Well... Hmm. It's... oh, it's a long story." And with that, she sort of sent Than images and words and a sort of abridged version of everything that had happened with her and Seth and Phobos (minus the parts that Big-Little-Brothers did NOT need to see) and Da and Isis and Re and Brighid and Attie and Khesis and Styxie and Doomcookie and Mummy and everybody. Cloey would have spoken it, but she didn't think that even she had that much breath in her body.
"So that's about that," she concluded. "I hope you didn't find the house in too much of a mess - I fixed it up really nicely again. You know. Nicely. But it was a little crazy for a minute.
"But really, you should make sure you get your rest though. You work so hard as it is." She paused.
"And... so what about this penguin that I saw at the house, hmmm?" Cloey smiled slyly at her brother. Cloey knew very well who had given the penguin, but she didn't want to put Than -too- much on the spot. If he wanted to share, he could - but if he didn't, asking this way gave him the chance to shrug his shoulders and be mysterious, if he wanted to.
