Lethe was in her home, finally safe there. She'd been away too long. Well it seemed too long. She'd kept herself away from everyone for a long time as well. Retiring mostly to the mortal plane. She did not need people. Gods at least. Not people. She did not need a God or Goddess

Maybe she's home
Walking quietly into his sister's home, his orange red glow filled her home. He walked further in and found her laying upon the white marble floor. "You don't look too comfortable."

"I'm quite comfortable. Long time no see, or hear.." She breathed out. Oblivion felt like she was Oblivion.. Well she was. She was this vast ammount of nothing and everything in one. Lethe rolled from her back onto her stomache and crawled along the floor to her brother's feet.
She sat back on her ankles and looked up at him. Her black hair spilled over her shoulders as she arched her head back.

His dark eyes watched her, watched her turn over on her stomach and crawl across the floor towards him. She'd always came to him in odd ways. This one being the oddest. And the only time some he'd seen girls crawl around like that is submissives on the mortal plain. He reaches down and runs his fingers through her hair.
"What are you doing laying here all alone?"
Reply
"I do not have anyone to lay with Brother. So I lay alone." Her answer was simple enough.

My poor Lethe
He stands back up before suddenly lifting her up in his arms and walks back to her bedroom laying her down before laying beside her. He caresses her cheek. "You always have me."

Sometimes her fingertips went cold, and she felt dead. Lost in her own oblivion. Her life was such an enigma to people. Living in Nothing. In the nowhere. In the empty nothing. And yet everything. For without oblivion there was nothing. A beginning and an end. Life and Death. Memory had Forgetfulness. Amnesia..
Lethe forgot something for just a moment, as she watched her brothers eyes. Laying there close to him in that bed. In his arms. Feeling his hand on her cheek. She forgot who she was. She leaned in close, just wanting one taste. Just one. From this handsome man that was so close to her.
But as her lips got close to his a breath left her. No. And she sank back into the covers. She couldn't What if he forgot something.. Who he was or who she was. or why he was there. Or where he was.. She sighed. "Yes, brother.. I have you."

Always
"Yes. And you always will have me Lethe." He reached over and took her face into his hands and turned her to face him. "Lethe?" His sisters had never turned away from him. And now she had.

She could not forget the smell of their hair, or the taste of their kiss. But in a moment they'd forget her.
Why? She whispered in her head. But outside, a stone facade which took millenia to build showed itself. As if nothing was wrong, and everything was fine. A small smile crested on her face.

But what are you thinking about?
He knew his sisters far better than that. Knew his family far better than that. Dark brown eyes watched her. He sighs and runs his fingers through her hair and kisses her forehead leaving a bit of heat in its wake.
"What are you thinking about?"

Why was she thinking about heating up a bed? Why was she suddenly thinking about how well built her brother of all people was. Or how good he'd look ruffled on her sheets.
She was losing it wasn't she?

"Well, why don't you tell me what's on your mind so that you have someone to share it with."

Boys, girls, kittens, yes kittens. Pussy. Oh by Ares' balls. "You." She blurted out without even thinking. And blushed.

Me?
Running fingers through her hair he smiled just a bit. "What about me?" One of his well, no it couldn't be said that he was one of his own favorite topics because that just wasn't true.

Lethe did, she laid against him, curled up to his side. "How nice of a brother you are." How you might taste, smell, feel..

He gave a small smile and let his heat encase them a bit more, running a hand up and down one of her bare arms. She looked comfortable now. More comfortable than what she had out there on that white marble floor.
"You are the only one who thinks me to be nice, Lethe. But that is not a bad thing." He says watching her letting his free hand that wasn't caressing her arm to caress her cheek.

Lethe let out a small sound, it almost, almost, sounded like a moan.
