Flidais pointed out Sia’s discomfort with his nephew, but Thanatos didn’t have time to be concerned for he watched Khaos distract Phobetor from further squeezing her escort. “He will be fine. My grandmother is there with them,” he said with no indication to which “he” was being referred to.
“Moros, I am going to introduce Flidais to Hades momentarily, if she is ready to meet him."
He glanced between them, "Would you like to accompany us and greet our Lord?” Thanatos wasn’t aware of Moros paying Hades a visit at his newly constructed and certainly uncanny temple on Mount Olympus previously.
Flidais smiles up at Thanatos, her voice laced with awe.
"Your grandmother is beautiful Thanatos."
Flidais hands off her untouched glass of wine and loops her arm through Thanatos. She smiles at Moros and offers her other arm to him even though she highly doubts that he'll take it.
Moros thought about what Thanatos said. He knew odder things had happened, but he hadn't seen them, and Doom did not disclose the secrets of others like some gossipy old housewife. Besides, though some things he knew were comical to him, none could surpass the amusement he felt about the time Death got drunk in France and attempted to kiss a horse. Perhaps he would tell Flidais about that one later.
Glancing over at his grandmother, he noticed the Egyptian she was with...the one that his oddball nephew had been hugging. Grandmother was dating now? Well, it would certainly make relations with the Egyptians...interesting.
Then he turned back to his brother...and Flidais, and their offer to go and speak with Hades.
"I have already spoken with Hades recently. I see no reason to repeat it"
Accepts the offered arm graciously and walks with Thanatos toward Hades. As they walk, she mulls over exactly what one in her position says to the Lord of the Underworld. In the distance she hears the sound of the tranquil tide, it's a sound that the woodland goddess loves greatly.
"I've always found the sound of the waves so very relaxing. Or maybe it is just the sound of water, for a fast moving river has often provided the same reaction."
Flidais knew that she probably sounded ridiculously corny but it was the truth and she was speaking to Thanatos, so she knew he wouldn't hold it against her.
Thanatos gently smiles at Flidais as they approach Hades and the lovely Nephthys, softly speaking for her ears alone, "Water is a substance of life, I'm not surprised it should be a pleasing paean to someone like yourself who is a living reflection of the sheer magnificence of nature."
"I enjoy the sound of waves immensely; it reminds me of being conceived into the conscious world."
She blushes slightly at Thanatos' words which are always so eloquent. At that moment she feels an uncharacteristic twinge of jealousy toward the woman or Goddess that he might ever set his sights on.
"You have such a beautiful way with words Thanatos."
She looks up and smiles at him as the drawer near to the twosome of Hades and Nephthys.
"We should have a midnight picnic one night at the beach. That is one of my favorite times to go, when there's nothing but the darkness, the stars and the waves crashing upon the shore."
Thanatos nods while he glides along, "Then in common we share that pleasantry. A midnight picnic sounds sublime; we shall have to make a night of it in the near future."

"Very well, there is plenty of company to find here tonight."
He smiled at his brother and offered his arm to Flidais, "Lady? Off to see Hades we shall go."
