If anyone is in need of a fresh supply of aconite--for whatever reasons--, I'm on the verge of harvesting my first self-propagated batch after two years of tending from seed. The seedlings have been very well cared for in a partially open-air greenhouse, and are a sight healthier than the dwindling scrubs you'll find around Hogsmeade.
They won't be free, of course. Nonetheless, I'm discreet enough, if that's what your particular uses require. I can be reached by owl or via this journal. Assurances of legality are reliable.
