I've mostly stopped doing anything about fangirl birthdays because I don't write much anymore (most especially under pressure) and I'm terrible at remembering them consistently. I do, however, try to express my appreciation for people when the spirit moves me, so.

We haven't been friends for as long as we should have (my fault), but I'm so impressed with you, lady. Obviously I'm not alone-we've all benefited immensely from the outpouring of your gifts-OMG, the crack Wincest video nearly killed me. Anyway, as I was saying, I'm happy to hear you had a nice day because you are incredibly good at making other people feel special and it's lovely that some of that came back around. Even when you reply to a comment that I've left on one of your works, you make me feel like I've done something extraordinary by leaving it. It's a gift you have, really.

Speaking of, in the next few weeks I'll be kicking into high gear podfic-reading-wise, and since it appears you do listen to podfic (I couldn't remember for sure), if there's a story you've been wanting to read and didn't have the time, or one that you'd like to have in audio form, send me a link, won't you? Hi sweetheart! Thank you so much for the amazing birthday message. *happiness* I am so very glad we HAVE become friends and I look forward to getting to know even more about you as time goes by. (I'm glad both of us seem to be among those who still cling to LJ, even if just a little bit.)
