I'm not even including this post in my Weeklong Posting Challenge because it is JUST SO IMPORTANT IT DESERVES TO BE ITS OWN THING.
You may not know about this, but two years ago (!!) counteragent began a project of creating an original short fan film of Supernatural. She decided to do a AU Season 3 GENDERSWAP story, where she cast two actresses as Sam and Dean transformed magically into women. SERIOUSLY, HOW COOL IS THAT??!!!!
Anyway, it is called The Other Side and not only is the concept amazing, but the execution is pretty much ridiculously professional and cool. Everything from the directing to the casting/acting to the script to the production design are so very, very impressive.
She was fortunate enough to get Loki (secretlytodream) to create a "Road So Far" vid just like the real show uses as a "previously on" to set the stage:
