Why is it SO VERY HOT when Spock calls Kirk "James" during sex?? It's like the Vulcan version of "Sammy."

(Conversely, no one should ever call Bones "Leonard" or Scotty "Montgomery" in the heat of the moment. Those are the anti-Sammy.)
