I'm really excited to start cooking for Thanksgiving and I'm hating having to wait...

It's so exciting! I have a pecan pie in the oven and a pumpkin ready to go...

I have begged Spike and Daisy for one of these (in red!) for my birthday. :)

(Of course, I actually want it before my birthday so I can be baking extraordinaire for the holidays).

*grin* I watched the refurbished units on amazon.com like a hawk waiting for a color I could live with.

The pistachio matches the trim in my kitchen nicely. :)

I actually got it because every year that I make my Vovó's stuffing, I remember that it requires a meat grinder and I'd rather just get the meat grinder attachment for the mixer.

Yep! I found a few sites (including Amazon) that sell them refurbed and I've advised the couple. :)

I know it can do all sorts of neat things (hello, meat grinding) but really, I just want to make 200 peanut butter balls in it!
