During their weekly two-hand-touch football game at Harris Field, Jensen always lines up on defense, toes slightly digging into the grass, knees bent, arms loose, and eyes trained directly on Jared in front of him. And every time he does it, Jared whines, frowns, winces, and focuses just over Jensen’s shoulder.
Because once that ball is snapped and Jared’s sprinting forward, Jensen’s shoving at his chest, running right alongside through every play, bumping hips, and doing his best to be as physical as possible when going for a touch-tackle.
Half the time, Jared ends up on the ground with the force of Jensen’s hands or in trying to get away from them. And half of that time, Jensen ends up down with him, arms and legs twining together before Jensen chuckles, pats Jared’s head - a bit harder than he probably should - and gets up.
After a particularly tough run into the ground, Jensen rises and puts his hand out to help Jared up. Once Jared’s upright, Jensen smacks Jared’s lower back, eliciting a groan. But Jensen just smiles. “Big kid like you should be a li’l tougher on the field.”
“I don’t think we’re supposed to play tough,” Jared complains with an ugly look as they march to the new line of scrimmage.
“Sure we are,” he returns with a wink, toes at the line, knees bent, hands up, and ready to block.
Jared sighs, rolling his eyes, and tips his ear towards the quarterback, ready for the call.
“You’ll thank me later, Jay.”
“Highly doubt that,” Jared huffs out as he shifts forward with the quarterback’s hike. He slips just past Jensen and sprints to the left, snagging the ball from thin air before turning and running right back into Jensen, who tags him with both hands at Jared’s back as Jared’s force carries them both to the ground.
“Oh, Christ,” Jensen groans, but he’s smiling, and Jared groans, too, before he bothers trying to get off of Jensen. “You’re huge.”
Jared starts to move away, slowly and with pain in his chest and knee. Then Jensen shifts just so and Jared feels the brush of Jensen’s dick at his thigh, and he can’t ignore how his own dick rubs on Jensen’s leg, too.
“Shit,” Jensen laughs roughly as his voice drops. “You are huge.”
The scratchy tone gets to Jared even more than touching Jensen could and he rolls away as quickly as possible.
When next they line up, there’re no cocky looks or words, just eyes flicking over faces before the play runs as planned, and Jared races down the field to catch a last-minute hail mary pass.

Back at the house, after a shower and an ice pack to his back, Jared chances to knock at Jensen’s door.
Jensen pulls it open and looks at Jared from head to toe, slight smile in place and eyes a little lazy when he finally focuses on Jared’s face. “Yeah?”
“It’s later,” Jared says with a small smirk. “Though it was about time I thank you.”
Without a word, Jensen moves from the doorway and lets Jared in. “Where’d you wanna start?”
“Right here,” Jared says as shoves Jensen into the wall, rough hands just like Jensen always has on the field. Before Jensen can say anything, Jared’s covering his mouth with his own, swallowing down Jensen’s surprised laugh. He slides a fast, hard hand over Jensen’s dick, massaging near-painfully through his sweats, but Jared’s egged on when Jensen shoves himself right into it.
With all of Jensen’s groaning and whimpering, Jared rubs faster, hand as tight to Jensen as possible, thumb and fingers groping and stroking over Jensen’s dick, until he grunts, deep in his throat, and comes in his pants.
When Jensen recovers, he all but throws Jared onto the bed, and Jared yelps with the pain in his back.
“Don’t worry,” Jensen smirks. “It’ll only hurt for a minute.”
“That’s all you got? A minute?” Jared laughs. Though, it turns a bit nervous and anxious when Jensen pulls his shorts far enough down to free his dick, half hard and throbbing.
Jensen licks over the head then sucks at it, tongue stroking over the slit then dipping in as he jacks Jared off. It really does take just a minute, and Jared’s fingers twist in the blankets and his toes curl under with his breathing loud and fast.

Next Friday, Jared lines up, toes pointed to the left, knees loose in the right way, and fingers in the air, flicking in and out with anticipation. Jensen steps up to him with a deep breath and waits for his quarterback to call the hike.
“You playin’ hard today, huh?” Jensen asks with a wary look.
Jared smiles, tipping his head. “You’re gonna thank me later.”
Jensen licks his lips and sets. “I sure will.”
