Thanks. Yeah, I had to throw in that final fixit at the end. Once Connor had decided it was worth changing time to save one person, he'd probably go the whole hog and save everyone.

Oh that was brilliant, really wonderful!

This absolutely epitomises everything I love about fanfic. It explores the possibilities free from constraint, and comes up with some really special results, and this was one of them.

thanks. I'd had the idea for this for a very long time, possibly up to a year it's been lurking around in the back of my mind, but it's never quite clicked until now. It turned out a little more bittersweet than I'd originally intended, but I think it works better like this than if I'd gone with the initial idea anyway.

Also, I'm hoping the timey wimey bits make sense, considering I wrote most of those bits quite late at night!
