Jess woke up slowly, her head still feeling entirely too fuzzy. It took a surprisingly long time for her to realise that she was cuddled against a warm chest.
“Jess?”
Jess squeaked, and for a second considered hiding under the duvet. Instead, she lifted her head enough to meet Becker’s confused gaze.
“Um...”
What the hell? How had she finally ended up in bed with Becker and not remember doing it? This was completely unfair.
Someone coughed, and Jess froze.
Oh, god. Someone else was in the bed behind her.
“Connor?”
“I think this is where is gets really complicated.”
