Negative people blow
So last night I was entering in some of my recipes on recipezaar so I have them in one space, but also so I can use them for a cookbook for christmas presents. I uploaded Beef Wellington here: http://www.recipezaar.com/Beef-Wellington-342833 and this food nazi guy felt the need to correct me in a review. Come on guy!
I was taught the recipe by a chef in a cooking class who mentioned how traditionally it was made from liver, but for costs mushroom has the same effect. Also, the individual ones are much better. I find the whole wellington looks sloppy.
Just annoys me when people go out of their way to point out negative things.
