We all know that apart from deine_schuld, there isn't really a big, central place for DÄ fanfiction. And although this communtiy is pretty good, the problem is that it's just that: An LJ community, and a friends-only one too. And there's probably a lot of people out there who'd like more Ärztefic, but don't have or want a LiveJournal, for whatever reason.
So cathimclen had this - in my opinion - brilliant idea about making a big, open archive site. She's been putting together an Excel document with all the Fics she could find, which includes, as she told me, of course fic from here, but also from various rather, how should I put this, infamous sources such as animexx.
So now we're looking for a team to help us with things like organization, webdesign, coding or general support (i.e. helping with getting autorizations from the authors, suggestions etc). I've looked at a couple of your guys' websites and a lot of them looked pretty awesome, so is anyone interested in doing it?
Right now we're thinking stuff like, of course fanfiction and fanart, maybe contests (we're really in the very beginning with our planning), if we or someone else can figure out how to do that a rating system and/or a search function, a forum etc. These are all possibilities that depend on who's willing to work on it, since I know I'm more of a cut-and-paste pagemaker.
It all depends on YOUR input how awesome this site is going to be!
