(no subject)
Kia ora.
I have had a full-on week. I am now used to getting up at 8 in the morning again.
I had the high schools jazz workshop and P Jiggles came to stay. It just fucking rocked hanging out with the keds from Auckland again. I spent a rudiculous amount of money though.. we went out to gigs every night.
And last night.... we played at the Soundshell. It was huge!!! Like 3000 people. The show was indeed rocked. But it was real emo for me coz it was prolly the last time i worked with Kirsten and Leigh and all the gang... at least for a while.
I've promised everyone that if i hate my science degree next year I'll drop it and do music. I'm fully not cut out for science but I'll give it another go and decide then. I've been told by people much older than me I have plenty of time to decide, so I'll take their word for it.
PJ is the man too. He gave me heaps of music. Tropical Downbeat Orchestra rock my socks. Currently I'm just getting off that post-concert euphoria one gets and getting back to the real world. Apparently I'm setting up a funk band with Andrew et al. That will be awesome.
