Oh my gard! The new Metallica labum is the shit! I thought they had gone soft in their last two records but now they're back and their kicking ass and taking names! I haven't been this excited about a band since Dethklok and their Metalocalypse series!
I thought rehab would pussify their sound at it initially did but now it looks like they're used to being sober and are now the monster they were always meant to be. I mean if Metallica were to retire, this album should be their last. Ain't no way they're going to top this! The album's so good, I'm thinking of buying an original!
I'm also interested in Rico Blanco's solo outing. After hearing "Yugto" online (and resisting listening to the rest of the album), I almost hit the ceiling. Any doubts to whether who the true soul of Rivermaya was have now been erased.
