Its time to move again

I think it might be time to move again. I now live with a guy from who the TV personality Kramer was based(lets not go ending a sentence with a preposition now.)(Is now a preposition?)Anyway to move on with things... I have a roommate who will not shut the hell, heck or h$%l, depending on your sensitivities, up. He talks at random and ad nasuem, and its not like he is covering groundbreaking material here. Its more like repeating every other line of a TV show or talking about what a wonderful shade of brown the coffee, tea or Soda table is, depending on your sensibilities of course.

The thing is that I am living in a nice big APT (that stands for apartment not appointment)right now. I only pay $175 a month plus one fourth of the utilities, and that’s a good deal. The place by the way is nice.

with this kind of rent I could save up enough money to go study abroad in Spain(that’s the country with a bunch of white people who speak Spanish)(in a funny way). The problem is that I cant stand my roommate, and when I say roommate I mean that we share a bedroom, as in I can't get away from this person. I try to ignore him. I try to go in the other room. I would try to go into my bedroom but it is shared.

So here is the question. Should I live in a place with a person who makes my living situation a nightmare, with the hopes that I could one day study abroad in Spain?
This would mean that I could save a bunch of money, but maybe at the expense of my current education (E.g. finding enough quiet study time to study).
Second option... Should I move into a private residence that costs me almost three times what I am paying now in order to not have to deal with inconvenience with the assurance that I will have enough private space to study and feel comfortable?
