[Fanart] Skyward series - Arashi fic
These are my works inspired by the fantastic space opera AU Skyward/ Lodestar by 64907 (AO3), featuring Sakurai x Matsumoto as the main pairing.
(As always, I have big problems with coloring stuff...)
In this fic, Sho is from a planet called Hamal, that's described as having a really traditional culture... In one of the chapters, Jun visits a bathhouse that was "designed after a very ancient civilization from the Old World". These informations made me think that Hamal's culture could have an Oriental influence, so I designed Sho's clothes resembling a japanese kimono. Jun's clothes, on the other hand, are more ocidental (he's from another planet, Saiph).
The second pic was supposed to be a scene from the 10th chapter, when Sho kisses Jun's knuckles... It was a sweet moment, despite all the angst happening at that time.
I wanted to make some drafts showing Ohno and Okada, besides Daigo and Keiko (they're also characters in this story) but I don't have the time, unfortunately...
(but, of course, I couldn't help but draw Ninomiya, one of my fave characters and also my fave in Arashi hohohoho)
It's been a long time since I wrote anything on this journal... I've been reaaally busy with college.
But now I've graduated!!! Finally, after six long years... Which means that... now I'm gonna be busy working a looot (and still studying I guess... ). I still have an exam to do though, to enter residency (if everything goes okay ¬¬").
But I hope I'll have time to draw more. I missed doing it during college.
