Buffy/Spike
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
She's the chosen slayer of vampires, and he's one bad ass vampire who is a slayer of slayers. Season after season the two were sworn enemies, constantly fighting. But after Spike was captured and had a chip implanted that made him harmless to humans, the two joined together as allies. She still hated his guts, but he suddenly found himself utterly obsessed with her. Seasons passed and Buffy found herself unwillingly drawn to him, though she can't understand why. While Angel and Buffy definitely have a lot more baggage than Buffy and Spike, I'm not all that much of an Angel/Buffy fan.
