I love Rusty getting to just have this moment to be a normal kid
We really wanted to give him that, along with a burgeoning sense of family and friendship.
Thanks for reading. :)

Momma bear!Raydor is so wonderful. ♥
Shipper!kids are the best too. :D
I love the idea of them getting to spend this kind of time together as a family. It's so important, especially for Rusty. And they're such a wonderful and loving family. *hugs them*
Also, Sharon wearing a giant hat and a black one-piece is a great image. Her banter with Rusty and Andrea over it is so much fun.
This was awesome, ladies. Thanks for writing and sharing it.

We really wanted this to be a fun, healthy time for everyone. It was great to give Rusty a new friend, and to get him trying and succeeding at something new. And of course, we always have fun writing Sharon and Andrea together. ;)
Thanks for reading! :)

One thing I enjoyed the most about writing this was the fact that Rusty did have a young person to bond with so while Sharon and Andrea could spend some time together, Rusty was not only gaining Andrea as a family member, but meeting members of Andrea's family that could grow to be his friends and 'brothers' of a sort.
These two are just so fun to write!
