Wow. So much about this is beautifully painful. The line above really grabbed me, though. Laura changed so much due to Bill and, yes, she let it happen. She did die beautiful, just not in the way she had anticipated.

Lovely and dark!! Go ahead squeeze my heart!!! Oooh just like Bill did!! :) That is a great line!! Wonderful piece of writing showing Laura's internal battle with herself and how Bill slowly changed her and yes made her say those words. I love too how you show the pain she endured for that choice. Great drabble!!
