The harshness of their situation, well tempered by 'yes, we love each other, but..'. Just such a wonderful job of snapshot moments showing what they're going through.

OMG my heart has not healed from the last one!! Sniff!! Fantastic work!! Dark and angsty and heartstabby, but those terrible a/r moments made the good ones so much sweeter!! he always regrets it later AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I must hug Bill!! He just spirals downward while trying to keep it all together, save Laura, save the fleet, find Earth, lose Kara, find Kara?, deal with Saul being a cylon. The guy had so much to deal with.
