Happy Thursday
God Bless Hershel for cancelling my 9:50. I have nothing until 12:10. Amazing! I'm not gonna lie, Thursdays are starting to become my favorite day of the week. I mean, that is when I have the least amout of classes, there is an outstanding line up on TV (Grey's Anatomy and ER!! Can it get any better?!), and it is the day before the weekend, which in a sense, makes it kind of like a Friday in itself.
My mom comes up to spend the weekend with me tomorrow. I am really excited about it actually. By this time last year I probably would have gone home once or twice already, but I haven't been home since the day before classes start for a doctors appointment, and when I went home then, I had to go to the ER of the hospital I was convienently already at to see my mom because my sister was there. Not exactally idea talking circumstances. So I can't wait to spend time with my mom. She's excited to see me too. I'm the "calm in the storm" of my house as she likes to say, and when I'm gone, it isn't so calm anymore and she needs the weekend away. I'm glad she considers spending time with me a good, fun stress reliever. I did something right as a daughter :-) We get to go shopping and she gave me a list of things she wants to shop for, which is shocking because my mother doesn't like to shop for herself or cruise a mall and such, but she wants to this weekend. Awesome! I am training her well. I got my shopping genes from my mom's sister, who loves to shop. Anyway, I'm psyched for this weekend. Improv group tomorrow night(which is cool because when I'm home, my mom and I watch Who's Line is It Anyway? every night), Shopping, Olive Garden, ad casino night on Saturday, and Fallfest on Sunday! It will be an outstanding weekend!!
