HAPPY 4TH!!! ...even though it's the 5th...
i went to see the fireworks display down at south street seaport this evening... it's the largest display in the world, and i have to say it was pretty amazing. nick lachey, lionel richie and liza minelli were there so that was pretty cool. i couldn't see them from where i was, but i could hear them.
i've decided that no matter how old i am something about fireworks always warms my heart. i got some pretty good pictures. i'll put them up tomorrow.
OH! steph and i almost died. the pier started to break as we were leaving. we both lept out of the way and everything was fine, but it was scary!
after the fireworks steph and i went to see the devil wears prada. it was so funny. i loved it. merryl streep was perfect. she was a raving bitch and she did a great job. i've had two opporunities to see her (regis and kelly and the view) but i didn't take either of them... i chose sleep instead... i regret it a little, but oh well!
speaking of sleep... i need it. so i'm gonna go do that. goodnight!! :-D
