My ears been ringing for the past two days and it feels like somethings in there. I have an intense fear of going deaf. Im seriouse when i say if i ever go deaf i will not want to live anymore. there will be no life, no color, no fun, no nothing in my life if i ever lose my hearing. I should go to the docter.
ah yes so last night i worked a graveyard shift. It wasnt that bad there was crap to do for the most part. and i came home and slept. and Im waiting to go in again today. here the plan

sleep at 7
wake around noon
go to the beach and get hammered with tony panochies
