haha... Well I figure I may as well just shorten the usual political rant today, 1 big thing happened that will effect our young generation comming right out of college... and the rest is a bunch of small shit that is eating the hell out of this country

A little more? Heather I really don't care if they get married or not, they should be free to choose what they wish to do. The only point I stress is that when people look for 'equal rights' for their specific group. The rights they look for is rights above others. I'm not syaing they have melcious intentions, but some groups do not realize or will never realize that essentially they are fighting for 'super rights' as I like to call it.

Here is an example...

do you think that when equal rights is reached it will stop? no. Take a look at Jesse Jackson, and the NAACP. They continue to fight for MORE rights over and over and over again.

Eventually it will turn into a gay man, a black woman, a white woman, an asian, and an illegal immigrant will be hired reguardless of qualifications over a straight white male.

This can also be reversed, if a company has 3 black guys working for them and 1 mexican. Reguardless of qualifications a mexican will be hired over a black man.

Diversity is just a demographic, it does not measure how cultured, intelligent, and 'equal' a place of business will be.
