Watching KRON this morning (Channel 4)
Microsoft released some blog online outlet out in China 5,000,000 registered and payed to have a blog... get this though! The software used, in order for it to be used or sold in China legally, must have a word filter... these specific words cannot be used... Freedom, Democracy, and Human Rights.
If a user types these words their post will be immediatly deleted, receive a scathing letter, and will be put on a government watch list.
How sad is that, and here we all thought Nazis were the only people who have created thought control. Socialism and Communism sound appealing to the average Joe, but there aren't any checks or balances and true 'equal rights' not once has been obtained. Notice why we had to sell 3/4 of our technology to them, they can't advance technologically due to government control...
Everytime I look at another country and how bad the citizens have it I truly appreciate living in this country. Have a nice day!
