Somewhere across the country, Sam Winchester woke up from a nightmare, hissing in pain and clutching his head like a giant pansy.
"Sam! Sammy!" his brother cried in a gruffly heterosexual way. "What's wrong?"
"I... I don't know it was some... some kind of..."
"Some kind of vision," his brother finished in a gruffly heterosexual way. "You know there's no such thing," he stated in a heterosexually gruff way, despite this very notion having been soundly disproved in the previous episode.
"This wasn't like the others," Sam said in a slightly less gruff and certainly less heterosexual manner. "Some kind of spirits... it goes into little girls and they... they change."
"Change? Change how?" Dean slapped him across the face for emphasis, "Damn it Sammy, you're not making any sense!"
"Ow! What part of that didn't make sense!?"
Dean pondered this for a moment, "OK, I guess it did make sense, but you were still being pretty vague. How do they change?"
"You know... they change. Like... that special part of a girl's life change."
Dean pondered this for another movement. Dean Winchester has a lot of deep thoughts, you guys. "So it's a puberty demon."
"Uh... yeah. I guess."
"Pack your bags," he said, picking up their constantly packed bags. "We need to get on this thing now."
