Ask the 8-Ball
Shockingly there didn't seem to be a Magic 8-Ball module knocking round on CPAN. So I wrote and released Acme::Magic8Ball. It took, from first file being created to upload, 12 minutes.
Then I found a bug.
Still, it had tests and docs and everything.
