this was the riot scene last night. I believe they are trying to flip over that car. Oh did I mention this was right in front of my house. I'm glad to say I wasnt there when the riot police were shooting tear gas and pepper pellets at the croud. I had left about an hour earlier when the cops first started to get intense. This was suppose to be a great block party with lots of drinking that the cops approved and gave out permits for. Instead they decided to shut down houses starting at like 10:30.... giving way to a 4 hour riot.
We got a new room mate this week. She is way cool and I like her alot. We knew her from the dorm last year and she is also from MA which is good because now there is a good balance in the house for me.
24 days until I come home. A little hiking, good food, friends and of course... return of the scandal. I'm also excited because Craig and I will be celebrating our 6 month anniversary. I've never celebrated any kind of anneversary before and it makes me happy. mmmm craig.
