Well...SOMEBODY had their Stupid-Puffs this morning...
And for once, it wasn't the users.
I got this call from a lady who said that she had accidentally hit a key on her keyboard and now she couldn't see the dates, senders, or subjects of any of her emails. All the emails still seemed to be there, though. I looked through everything trying to find what freaky and obscure Lotus Notes option for hiding emails she had accidentally tapped the key combo for. I spent 10 minutes doing this, AND waiting for help.
When I eventually got Kathy over to my desk, I showed it to her saying something like, "This is freaky, I've never seen anything like this, have you?"
That's when she pointed out the fact that the lady's bottom side-to-side scrollbar was all the way to the right.
Yeah.
