1. cereal- 140 (or less - I make it with water not milk)
2. sugarfree jelly (jello to you americans) with apricots
&hot chocolate - 63

Total so far - 203kcal

3. I'm going to have some ham later, I think. So todays total will be 302. Or less if I dont eat all the ham.

I walked into campus and back and went shopping.
