The answer may well be yes, though the phrasing is poor. Correctly stated would be more akin to:
'Did I just get fucked out of touring with the same band as previously due to other people's lack of employment?'
Either way ends in me getting figuratively screwed and not liking it.
HA! Now I don't have to choose, I can run off to another country without issue! Whee!
