I stayed up late chatting with Josh about music, art and literature until about 2am this morning...he wasn't very happy with me for keeping him awake so long...that'll teach him to ask me if I want a cuppa at midnight! Tee hee! He sleeps lots and...I don't so I never realise how time affects people!

I've been finding out more about the job I'll be doing if I'm successful with this interview, getting companies publicity sounds like an ideal career move for a while, it means that I can get my head together, working in care is so mentally and emotionally draining that, as much as I love it and can see myself doing that for the rest of my life, my brain is in no fit state to handle that at the moment! Working in PR is exciting, shallow and bitchy but...no different from some of the things I choose to do in my spare time! You never know, it might teach me the art of self promotion too so that I can get some of my pet projects off the ground!

The following video has been stolen from the myspace of my friends Kat and Addz...I thought that I'd share it for sheer randomness value...note the chicken noises!!!

TCF was lots of fun last night. It was good to hear that PJ Harvey cover...it did inspire me to listen to all of "Stories from the City, Stories from  the Sea" and the "Peel Sessions" before retiring to bed at about 5am!

I forgot to advertise Karl's birthday festivities so I'll do it on here! I can't put anything up on Myspazz or Facecrack because Karl's not supposed to know...Evva wants to keep it as much of a surprise as possible which is why I've been left with cake duties! I'm going to order one from the Chinese bakery on London Road...the icing they do is AMAZING!

Karl Walls will be OLD on 18th Jan.
You are all invited to a gathering at my house (message me if you don't already know the address) on 19th Jan before attending The Wendy House.
There will be CAKE!!!! (Booze and party prescriptions, but those go without saying!)

If you want more info, get in touch. For those of you who fancy coming along, let me know and I'll get a bus booked for us all.

It's been so nice to spend time with my housemates and friends, living in Sheffield is certainly doing my head a lot of good. I don't feel physically isolated so my brain is becoming less introvert, I find myself spending less time dwelling on failure and have felt hopeful for my future here!
