Happy V-Day!!
Hope its been a good day for everyone! =) I'm so happy for the friends (the few good ones) that i have. And don't worry, i count all of you that read this and my other blogs as good friends. I just want to let you know that you all are appreciated. =)
Whilst checking out Casey's Space there was a link to Josh Rubin's site, Cool Hunting.
Once at Cool Hunting i discovered some pics of The Gates. Too bad i won't be in New York during the time it is up.
And if, like me, you will not be in NYC, fret not! You can view some images of The Gates at the official The Gates website. Be patient, that page took a while to download even when accessing the page from UWF's SAIL computer lab.
You can also see some photos at Josh Rubin's post about The Gates. I'd personally like to see more pictures of it. Especially on a more sunny day. =)
You should listen to The World Cafe with David Dye
. He interviews some awesome artists and plays some great music. Tonight, Dye was interviewing Rufus Wainwright. Its absolutely exciting and mellowing. At the same time. David asked Rufus about his meeting Jeff Buckley. Just an amazing interview/performance.
