Weird Urge

Its a nice and cold 36 degrees F here in P'cola, FL. Windchill makes it feel like 32. And I have this urge to strip naked and run through my neighborhood. Is that abnormal for someone that has live in FLorida all of his life? I mean, I'm sure the cold wind generated by running around would be enough to kill me on contact
