(no subject)
So today is Thanksgiving.. I have had an AWESOME time. I got to see my cousins and my aunt and uncle from my dad side. *excited squeal* I was totally pumped. I wish I have had more time with them. I pray to God that they don't slide out of my life. I would really like to get to know them again. They have all changed so much. *sigh* I can't believe that I let all of my past evaporate out of my life.
Bah... anyways.. When I got back to my aunt Nancy's house my aunt Beth and uncle Jim and my cousins Jay and Brad were there and I haven't seen them in forever as well. It was cool. The food was great. (I ate WAY too much) then I listened as my crampa screamed at the football. That is my favorite part of Thanksgiving: hearing my crampa's voice as loud as he possibly can "get 'em. GET 'EM. Break their legs!!!!!" Ha. We played chicken foot (domino's game) and watched Emporer's New Groove. (my fav) and now I am writing.
My uncle needs prayer. He has a bum pancreas. Its kinda like a bum leg only its internal and it causes him more problems than limping. He has been getting surgery every 6 weeks for almost a year now. His stomach and pancreas are NOT compensating. So they are talking about taking more out, but even with that it won't help for long. They also talked about a transplant, but they haven't had much success with that, so ... they are at a standoff. He might have to be dealing with this pain for the rest of his life. But I believe with faith, that God could ease his pain (if its His will)
Ok, well I have to get to bed soon. Actually, I don't really feel like sleeping so I will probably be up reading a JD Roberts book. I like her. She is a really good writer. I wish I could write. Maybe I will put all the drama in my life to work with an auto-biography. Na, no one would really read it. Well I'm out.
