so i've been working out, or at least i'm doing sorry attempt to do so.
the planned routine:
-Run, while gradually increasing the distance after a couple of weeks.
Frequency: everyday
-Weight lift or other strength building activities.
Frequency: every other day
-Eat right: make sure there's proper amount of protein, carbs, fats...all that stuff.
Frequency: everyday
Was going to do this cycle for a month and then increase the running distance from a mile to 1.5 miles then 2 then 3....as well as amount of weights lifted.
Whats actually been happening:
-Running 5/7 days of week
-Weight lifting is on hold, been using Perfect Pushups instead while ignoring the legs for workouts
-I'm eating a little better.
Turns out the the running route i'm is longer than a mile, its actually 2. and its taking me about 20 minutes to run it. not exactly ideal, since i used to run 3 miles in like 19 or 18 minutes.
Perfect Pushups are a great workout invention.
but overall, came to a decision that i need to join a gym.
So thats one thing going on.
I'm back at the hospital full time. It's my first week so im still getting used to it.
Evidently there's some drama unfolding over there during the week and i only hear of it from either the people involved or spectators. Drama like one person telling another F-You. Then afterwards, the person cursing would threatingly approach the other person and someone half their size had to step in and stop both of them from fighting.
oh yeah, saw The Dark Knight in IMAX. that is such an awesome movie...really. but in IMAX? it was ok, had some second thoughts about it. in the first scene my friend and i were holding back our reactions as muffles when we saw how pretty the picture was. mine was: hoooolllyyy s***!! his was: whoooa, oh my ... Sooo clear, so precise, which means it was oh so pretty. The bank scene was of course amazing, without a doubt. but when the closeup happened, it became clear that the screen was much too large for that size of a theatre. and it stayed like that for the rest of the movie. As pretty as it was, the overwhelming size of the screen was a kind of a turn off since we didnt get to see everything in the scenes. Also there was this older couple sitting next to me who wouldn't shut the hell up.
it was however just a dollar more, and to me it was worth it. not only got to see the movie, but also in a really pretty way.
the car research is still on going, a new possibility came up: an Acura. while i dont really see myself in that kind of car, it wouldn't be a bad buy. It's too bad the Integra isnt around anymore, i think i'd like that car. Still leaning toward the tC though. but the Civic EX is always a good choice. Either way i've got time, since the prospective buyer of my current car is still deciding what to do.
