House for rent?
anyone looking to move out of their house and/or to the Springfield area?
theres a pharmacist at the hospital who has two 2 houses...both she owns, but only lives in one; shes been trying to sell/rent the other for sometime.
so the house for rent, it is located in Springfield, off a side street which is directly off the Fairfax County Parkway. it is located near the Springfield mall and the Franconia-Springfield metro stop.
the size of the house? i do not know, but what i do know i will list.
It has:
4 full bedrooms (one of which is "downstairs" which i think is the basement)
3 full bathrooms
gas stove and working dishwasher
Solarium (sunroom)
and the yard is fairly small so not much maintanence is needed, the backyard has numerous large acorn trees so there are squirrels and such also in large numbers.
im more than sure there are much more features than that, and i can get them. just not right now.
if anybody is interested or would like to take a look, let me know. i'll see her tuesday.
