[The video clicks on to see the muddy tread of a boot. Someone's stepping on the communicator. As it's slowly picked up, you can see it's Soldier, and from the cuts on his face and the caked blood on his outfit, it looks like he has a rough week. He smirks at the communicator a little bit before coughing roughly.]
There you are. Been look'n for you... [He coughs again and leans against a tree to catch his breath.] Operation: Spitbomb didn't go as well as planned. Powers gave out on me in front of this nasty son of a bush--[Cough.] Managed to get myself lost, but I'm unlost now. [He turns the camera to show the city through the tree line. Anyone familiar enough with it with recognize the shopping district. The camera turns back as Solly messes with the communicator.]
This blasted thing broke again? Where's Engie's signal-- [He's taken over by another fit of coughs and slumps down to the base of the dead tree. He wearily tilts his head to look down at the camera and half smirks.]
The bloods not all mine. [He gives a few more hacks and closes his eyes.] Medic...
[OOC: Sorry about semi-vanishing this past week. Life caught up to me mentally much like life has caught up physically to poor Solly here. But I'm back and should be good here until we start moving at end of the month, as forewarning...
