hrm...so i started my 48 hour (liquid) fast at 8pm last night...its now hour 16, and i am still going on strong...had some OJ this morning, 3 cups of coffee, SHITLOADS of water and white/green tea.

i also did my pilates video...only once so far, but i plan on doing it at least two more times...cause i cant get to the gym from my house. and...drink a LOT more water...thinking i might be able to get away with some bullion, but i dont think that i want to risk it.

oh, and people, if you want water, but cant stand that it doesnt have taste? cut a lemon, and put the slices in the water (not all of them)- it makes for great tasting water!
