starting a fast tonight...i think i will try for a week-long...we'll see how it goes...starting actually, at 1pm...and then it shall be water and tea and coffee...and thats it.
and i am being able to go to the gym everyday for at least a week, and i burn at least 700cals everytime...
cause i just realized that my boyfriend will be here in less than a month, and i look SO huge! plus, he will make me eat, cause he knows how i am...so i am dropping 10 lbs(at least!) and i will do whatever i can to do it.
anyone have any tips? just wondering...cause, if not...this is it. i will do it, and i will get it done, and i dont care what my mom thinks right now.
