Im such an idiot. I just figured out what ABC is, and after my fast, thats what im going to do. like, i think its going to be hard for me on the days i have to have 500 cals, cause that seems like SO much, but im adding to it in that im still going to go to the gym for at LEAST an hour every week day. most of the time, im there for an hour and a half, and most of the time, i go weekends too. it just depends on my boy.
after my 48 hour fast, this is going to be my life for the next 50 days!
