-100 sit ups
-100 crunches with 50 lb weight

TOTAL BURNED: 1110.4 (dont know how to count weight training)

so...lost 2 lbs yesterday, and if i can keep up a 1 lb loss everyday...then i am good...and more is better, in my opinion...
i kindof have a deliema...there is a girl in my Culinary arts class that kindof seems to have an ED...but i dont know what to think...she has told me that she like, never eats, and that her doctor was pissed when he found that she had lost 40 lbs...and i sat there silent...i wanted to say something, and figure out if i could finally have taht friend to ride my ass and vise versa...but if she doesnt really have an ED, than telling her would fuck me over. any advice?
