I've always wondered, but why does it take so long for the DVD release of a movie? And why is it that I always find new reasons to go to Japan once the old ones have been fulfilled?

DOES THIS TAKE PLACE AFTER PAIN ARC OR NOT. Because if it does and you give me sage mode then I can forgive you for invoking one or two of my disliked time travel tropes.
1. Everyone knows you're from the future in the beginning.
2. You're not the only one from the future.
But dammit April DVD release? Depending on university app results, this could either be a celebration or something to fall back on. Which. I guess, isn't that bad but.
