hmmmm havent updated in a while
ok i tried to do this before and my comp didnt add any paragraph indentations/changes or w/e so lets try this again:

why is it that i only do this when im procrastinating?
here is my life to this point:
took the SATs: it sucked
practice starts on monday: im actually slightly nervous, but cant wait
it is the first day of spring: yessssss!
on friday to saturday i was at national qualifiers for speech
i dont think that i got my ass royally kicked but the judges seemed to think so...out of twelveish people i made it through 3 rounds out of 4 (so that means that no one broke past semifinals and i was knocked out after the third round...its the 2 to 3 people who come in last in each room are taken out from the second round on)
on the otherhand....i was in congress and (josh-who was in the senate-, ami-who was in another house- and) i were nominated to go on to nationals
i was stunned
it was hilarious (and the guy who is going to nationals in congress from my house was...very very very pretty)
so that was a waste of 2 days, especially as the host family i stayed with was really sucky (the mother was stunned that we-emily kelly and myself-didnt bring sleepingbags...and then i slept on the floor. its actually kind of annoying being the only junior on the trip, most of the time it was really fun, but when it came to our host family (though im glad that they didnt turn their attention to me, because i would have said something amazingly rude or sarcastic) i was ignored virtually the entire time. oh yea, and we got half a bagel each for breakfast...lovely
other than that...they wouldnt let us leave after our last competitor had been dropped so we stayed for an extra 3ish hours doing NOTHING, and then in the car ride home we had 8 people for a van that "comfortably" seats seven...you do the math
shows: i went to v.ville's Beauty and the Beast which i enjoyed a lot! and beth's Kiss Me Kate which was fun, but i didnt think it was done very well..but i had friends in both shows and they were all wonderful
seussical is coming up for my school...i have very mixed feelings about that, but as i havent seen the rehearsals yet im not going to go into them
ahh, i have entered the age of technology and gotten a cell phone!
sadly, i dont really know how to use it
though i am starting to fill in the address book for phonenumbers and it requires that when i put something in to have a speed dial code for it
so im thinking...ok....how am i going to remember these names/numbers? so i have the first initial of the first and last name...there are some interesting combinations...very giggleworthy

OH! im going to vegas on thursday for a wedding
