Hello all! Sadly, all good things must come to an end, and this marks the final step concluding our journey on the Luhan fic exchange road (and what a trip it’s been!). Firstly, we would like to say thank you to not only our participants, but also to everyone who has read, commented, enjoyed, and supported everything here at deerofdawn! We’re so glad that we’ve been able to run a successful exchange with quality material to show love for Luhan.
Here are some stats from the exchange, made possible through all the hard work of our amazing participants! A total of 23 fics were written for this exchange, with an approximate total wordcount of 172,746!
A very special thank you and round of applause goes out to our amazing pinch hitters, without whom the exchange would not have been able to go on: pagestains (who took up two pinch hits), oneforyourfire, lattelotus, wanderele, why26planet, and k_popped and fairyminseok, who both wrote a pinch hit on top of their original fics!

It hasn't been easy organising and holding this exchange due to multiple complications. We adjusted the timeline for this exchange a couple of times and we are so thankful for you guys sticking through despite the postponements. Nothing is more heart-warming than being able to receive 'thank you's from both readers and writers for having done something right with this exchange, and we've kept every word you say close to our hearts. There have been blunders made here and there and for one last time, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. That said, we really hope you have enjoyed the fics you wrote and received, and while it remains uncertain if there will be a third round of a fic exchange coming from us, we're in the midst of discussing if a fic fest would be more welcoming an idea (so please tell us what you think when the time comes for us to run a poll about it)!
